As our work extends beyond Ottawa to communities across Canada, we also honour the many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples from coast to coast.

We recognize that this land, known to many Indigenous peoples as Turtle Island, and the nation-state of Canada were shaped through colonialism. We commit ourselves to learning from Indigenous voices, respecting Indigenous rights, and advancing reconciliation through advocacy, on-going learning, and meaningful action.
